ZenCash at World Blockchain Forum in Dubai
April 16-17 2018 / Dubai, UAE – This week ZenCash attended and presented at the World Blockchain Forum (WBF), the longest-running blockchain and crypto-technology conference in Dubai.
This two-day conference provided an introduction to ICOs and delved into the innovative possibilities of blockchain and disruptive technologies. It also shed some light on the transformative impact cryptocurrencies have had on the global financial landscape. Over 750 of the best innovators in the blockchain space attended, giving ZenCash an excellent opportunity to network and connect with experts in the cryptocurrency space.
As the global center for innovation and business opportunities, Dubai is aiming to be the first blockchain-focused country by 2020. The WBF event focused on the future of finance, regulations, and governance, and considers how decentralization continues to disrupt the banking sector.
ZenCash Co-founder and team lead, Rob Viglione; Operations and Marketing Director, Rosario Pabst; UX Experience Director, Gustavo Fialho; and Business Development Director-Rowan Stone presented ZenCash at the conference. The coolest thing over the last year is that now when we go to events, people already know about us and know about the project. Now we’re meeting people who are fans of the project instead of having to explain from scratch what we’re doing.

Following the conference, the Zen team also met with local ZenCash enthusiasts to talk about why ZenCash is such a great project.
The brand awareness for ZenCash has increased tremendously in just one year, and WBF was a great experience for the Zen team to make meaningful connections with people from all over the world who were excited about blockchain and the mission behind cryptocurrency. The team got to meet with various groups on topics including hardware wallet integration, setting up ATMs, multicoin wallets, and more, so it was a great business and networking opportunity for ZenCash to grow its brand and expand its usability.

Love the fact that people at this conference already were fans! BTW, I’m a Zen fan too so how can I get a Zencash token like those I saw on your booth table?

Hi Bette! Thank you for the kind words and love to hear you are a Zen fan! At the moment we are taking the ZenCash tokens around the conference circuit and have provided it to our regional leads. Very soon we will have them available in our ZenStyle store ;)!

That’s great! I’m truly impressed by the advancements made by the whole team and the amount of excitement so generated. I’ll definitely pick up some Zen merch to help spread the word. My friends are probably tired of hearing about my mining and soon to be node adventures!
