ZEN Faucet Q&A
Q: My faucet account has been banned. What do I do?
A: Open a ticket with our ZenHelp desk. They will assist you.
Q: My faucet account has been banned more than once. What do I do?
A: If you have been banned more than once, contact our ZenHelp desk. They will look into this issue with you.
Q: How often are payments made?
A: Payments are made every minute to optimize server performances.
Q: What do I do if I wasn’t paid?
A: After verifying that you were not paid with the transaction history of your address used on the faucet (You can review this on our explorer to confirm there was no payment or review it on the history tab inside our Faucet). Please create a ticket in our Helpdesk detailing your case and we will gladly provide you support.
Q: Is VPN or Proxy usage on the faucet, allowed?
A: Since VPNs and Proxies are some of the tools that could be used to maliciously use the Faucet, we decided to prohibit the use short term, but since we value privacy we’ll be implementing a better solution in the near future.
Q: The faucet says that I can’t use a proxy, but I am not using one. What do I do?
A: Contact our ZenHelp desk. They are the only ones able to look into this with you.
Q: Where can I get a wallet?
A: Easy! Check out our wallets page to find one that fits your needs.
Q: Can I check my payment history?
A:Yes, under the tab history, it is possible to review your claiming history.
Q: I have feedback about my experience. Who do I contact?
A: Your feedback is incredibly important. Join our Marketing channel on Discord and share your feedback with us!
Q: Why doesn’t my award shows up quickly or in some cases does not appear at all in my exchange account?
A: Your exchange account may have a minimum deposit limit, it would be usually higher than the amount claimed on the Faucet, therefore small balances would not be showing on your exchange address.
- If your exchange account has a minimum block confirmation number, the transaction will show up until the required amount of blocks, specified by the exchange, is confirmed, this confirmation could take hours. Depending of the amount of blocks to be confirmed.
- If you use one of our wallets, such as Sphere by Horizen, you will receive your award after a single block confirmation.
Q: Why does my star counter resets to zero?
A: Whenever you miss to claim your consecutive award on the Faucet. Every consecutive claim needs to be 20 hours apart and a maximum of 30 hours apart from the previous claim. The counter will also reset when the star counter reaches to five stars.
Q: How does the referral system works?
A: For each activated referral on the Faucet you get by sharing them the referral link or inviting them by email, you will have a Bonus Round, which will give you the chance to win up to 1 ZEN!
